Heard Mr. Maheswara Rao Kuncheam for petitioner, learned Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 3, Sri S.D. Goud, learned standing counsel for 4th respondent and Sri N.Aswartha Narayana for the 5th respondent.

2. Though the petitioner has dual grievances in filing the writ petition, this court is taking note of the inaction complained against the 2nd respondent in considering and disposing of the stay petition filed on 27.05.2017. The 2nd respondent ought to have passed orders on the stay petition filed by the petitioner on 27.05.2017. The delay, as could be appreciated, is resulting in more problems than one to both the parties.

3. The Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) submits that the 2nd respondent will pass orders on the stay application within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record.

4. The writ petition is disposed of by this order: a) The petitioner is given liberty to file a copy of this order by way of Memo before the 2nd respondent and make a request for disposing of the stay petition expeditiously. b) The 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on the Memo as well as on the stay application within two weeks there from.

c) The parties if do not cooperate with the 2nd respondent in disposing of the stay application, the 2nd respondent is given liberty to record reasons and pass orders from the material available on record.
