Sri A.Rama Krishna Reddy, learned counsel, addressed a letter dated 01.11.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellantInsurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal. In view of the letter dated 01.11.2018, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount as awarded by the VI Additional District Judge, Anantapur at Gooty, to the credit of O.P. No.940 of 2008 within a period of one month from today. The amount already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the first respondent-claimant is entitled to withdraw the same.
