Harijana Narayanappa, v. State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.16953 of 2018 ORDER:
The petitioner prays for 2nd direction against continued inaction in complying with the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.4910 of 2018.
This Court prima facie is of the view that the respondents if prefer to ignore the orders of this Court, they need not intentionally sensitize but their inaction can be properly considered under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, after the order is passed.
Mr.K.Srinivas does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to file Contempt Case.
Liberty as prayed for is granted. All contentions against inaction are left open and the same will be considered within the four corners of law, as and when Contempt is filed.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
