It is represented by learned counsel for both sides that this writ petition was referred to the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and an award, dated 09.09.2017, has been passed with the consent of both the parties and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said award. 2.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of award, dated 09.09.2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
