This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.359 of 2014 of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, Hyderabad, against the petitioner-A.3 registered for the offences under Sections 425 and 336 I.P.C. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the criminal case was referred as 'Action Drop' on 30.12.2015. Under these circumstances, there is nothing to adjudicate further in the matter.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall also stand dismissed.
