Heard learned Government Pleader for Transport appearing for the respondents.

We have perused the prayer in the Writ Petition and the interim order passed by this Court on 26.09.2002. Having regard to the nature of controversy and the interim order, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.

Writ Petition is therefore dismissed for nonprosecution.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
