This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 19.12.2017, in I.A.No.1344 of 2017 (old I.A.No.601 of 2016) in O.S.No.32 of 2017 (old O.S.No.52 of 2015) on the file of learned X Additional District & Sessions Judge, Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam District.

At the hearing, Mr.Ch.Shashi Bhushan, learned counsel representing Mr.Srinivas Velagapudi, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition in order to explore the possibility of an out of Court settlement.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
