HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4918 of 2013 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the orders dated 25.10.2013 in I.A.No.148 of 2013 in O.S.No.59 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge at Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District, which is filed to set aside the exparte decree. Both the counsel submitted that the petitioner herein preferred A.S.No.107 of 2013 on the file of this Court challenging the decree and judgment in O.S.No.59 of 2012.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 6th February 2017.
