THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2189 of 2013 ORDER:

Mr. Ch. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. K.S. Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the order, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, is presently being implemented and no construction activity is being undertaken in the subject Coastal Regulation Zone. In the light of the afore-stated averment, the contempt case is closed.

Application No.292 of 2015 shall stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
