This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action on the part of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not conducting survey and demarcating the boundaries to the land of the petitioner i.e., Ac.1.00 in Sy.No.255, Ac.2.29 gts in Sy.No.256, Ac.1.00 in Sy.No.257, total admeasuring Ac.4.29 gts from out of total extent of land in Sy.No.260 admeasuring Ac.12.01 gts, Sy.No.258 admeasuring Ac.3.27 gts, Sy.No.257 admeasuring Ac.8.05 gts, Sy.No.256 admeasuring Ac.6.00 gts and Sy.No.255 admeasuring Ac.3.37 gts, total admeasuring Ac.33.39 gts situated at Kowkoor village under Alwal Municipality, Malkajgiri mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to get the survey conducted and fix boundaries to the above lands.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record.

A perusal of the record shows that though the petitioner made an application through on line for conducting the survey, till date the same is not done. 4.
Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that a direction may be given to the concerned for holding the survey at the earliest in accordance with law. 5.
In view of the same, 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to conduct survey in respect of the lands referred to
above, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner and all concerned after taking into consideration the circulars issued from time to time, as early as possible preferably within a period of 8 to 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
