Learned Government Pleader (Civil Supplies) places on record proceedings dated 04.11.2016 and submits that the proceeding impugned in the writ petition is recalled and the petitioner is supplied essential commodities for distribution to the card holders. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is closed as no further order is necessary. It is needless to observe that the conditions, if any, are imposed by competent authority, the petitioner is under obligation to comply with the same. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
