THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.1090 of 2000 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC, by the defendant, assailing the decree and judgment dated 23.6.2000 passed in A.S.No.3 of 1993 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in spite of his best efforts, he could not get any information from the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the second appeal. 3.

Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
