THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.2926 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition is filed by the Senior Manager, Karur Vysya Bank Limited, Ananthapuramu, aggrieved by the order dated 25.01.2017 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Anantapuramu, in E.A.No.07 of 2016 in C.C.No.35 of 2015. By the said order, the Forum directed issuance of a Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner herein on payment of process, as there was no representation on his behalf.

Sri P.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute the fact that the petitioner can take recourse to alternate remedies in accordance with law as provided by the statute, if aggrieved by the above order.

That being so, we see no reason to entertain this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail a suitable remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
