ORAL ORDER:

In spite of granting sufficient time, no instructions are obtained by learned Government Pleader. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture. With the consent of both counsel the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

Petitioner is working as Cashier in 5th respondent Cooperative Society. Grievance of the petitioner is though he was suspended on 26.12.2013 there is no further progress on the disciplinary action. According to learned counsel for petitioner though crime was registered in the year 2013 his name is not reflected but he is sought to be linked to the crime and he is continued to be under suspension. Petitioner seeks direction to review the suspension. 3.

Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, third respondent is directed to examine the desirability of further continuation of petitioner under suspension and take a decision as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
