to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.17.06.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5103 of 2022. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that this Court on 17.06.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.5103 of 2022; and that in the said order in the first paragraph and 5th paragraph, case number is wrongly mentioned as C.C.No.369 of 2019 instead of C.C.No.311 of 2019. In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to correct the case number at 1st paragraph and 5th paragraph as C.C.No.311 of 2019 instead of C.C.No.369 of 2019 and issue corrected copy of the order.

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.17.06.2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
