ORDER

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents asking the petitioner to vacate and handover the possession of premises bearing No.19-5-13/1 to 3, situated at Bahadurpura, Hyderabad, as arbitrary and illegal. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that consequent to passing of Act 30/13, the petitioner filed W.P.No.747 of 2015 and in view of the same, the present writ petition does not survive for consideration and therefore, he wants to pursue the subsequent writ petition.

Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
