This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1575 of 2012 from the file of Additional Family Court, C i t y Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District.

3. Advocate for petitioner submitted that subsequent to filing of this petition, both parties have amicably settled the matter and at present F.C.O.P.No.1575 of 2012 is not pending and no further orders are necessary in this petition.

4. Recording the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed.
