HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI Writ Petition No.32761 of 2017 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition, challenging the rejection of their application for stay pending disposal of a statutory appeal before the Appellate Deputy Commissioner.

2. Heard Mr. Bhaskar Reddy Vemireddy, learned counsel, representing Ms. Shaik Vaheeda Sushma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. T.Vinod Kumar, learned Special Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

3. It is stated on oath by the petitioner that the statutory appeal filed by them before the Appellate Deputy Commissioner, has already been heard on 18-9-2017 and orders reserved. In view of the same, it is only a matter of few days. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to take any coercive steps until the 2nd respondent passes orders on the appeal.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
