This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., by defendant Nos.9 to 14, assailing the judgment and decree dated 10.10.2000 passed in A.S.No.85 of 1998 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, wherein and whereby the judgment and decree dated 19.01.1998 passed in O.S.No.3388 of 1982 on the file of the Court of the VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, was confirmed. No representation on behalf of the appellants on 28.06.2018, 08.08.2018, 05.09.2018 and 24.10.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the appellants even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
