THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4431 of 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC challenging the order dated 28.08.2013 in I.A.No.1048 of 2012 in O.S.No.362 of 2002 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Medchal.

When the matter is coming up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar type of petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
