THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19163 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the representation dated 14.06.2019 of the petitioner by paying compensation as per Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300A of the Constitution of India and the principles of natural justice and consequentially to direct the Respondents not to dispossess or demolish the premises of the Petitioner bearing H.No.

8-3-40/1, opposite ICDS office, Mettuguda, Mahabubnagar, Telangana, without paying compensation as per Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013." When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 13.02.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2812 of 2019. Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the aforesaid submission.

CKR, J W.P.No.19163 of 2019 In those circumstances, following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Office to annex a copy of the order dated 13.02.2019 in Writ Petition No.2812 of 2019 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
