On 22.02.2018, it was represented that the sole appellant died and that steps are required to be taken.

When the appeal suit is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the death of the sole appellant, the appeal abated and that as none of the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant approached for their impleadment and prosecution of the appeal, the appeal may be dismissed for the present as abated.

Recording the submissions, the appeal suit is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
