THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5O81 OF 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C is filed by petitioner/ accused No.2 seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. iB4 of 2022 dated 28.05.2022 pending on the Iile of Kakatiya lJniversitl' Poiice Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 42O read with Section 34 of Indial Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner/ acc,used No .2 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case of the prosecution is that the de;rth of deceased occurred on 28.05.2022. Thereafter, the wife of rleceased filed a complaint stating that this petitioner and another were harassing her husband, vexed by the harassment, her husband committed suicide and there was also a letter written try the deceased in which he stated that there are repeated incidents of l l
harassment by the petitioner and another accused, for which reason, he would commit suicide.

In the said circumstances, there is no ground to grant the relief of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner/ accused No.2. + l"
Iil ::t, rHowever, if the petitioner is so advised, he will surrender before the concerned Court within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .and upon such surrender, file application seeking regular bail with due service of notice to the Public Prosecutor. On such surrender, the trial Court shall dispose of the bail application, on merits, within two working days after giving opportunity of hearing to the Public Prosecutor. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. !'!
