In this petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C, petitioners seek to transfer SC No.194 of 2010 from the file of the Principal Assistant Sessions Court Ranga Reddy to the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 18.12..2018 of SubInspector of Police, Vikarabad Police Station, Vikarabad and submitted that the case has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 01.11.2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to transfer the proceedings in S.C.No.194 of 2010 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
