HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 19270 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing proceedings dated 17.09.2002 deploying the petitioner to operation depot, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that vide orders dated 11.10.2002, this Court directed the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to discharge his duties as Junior Assistant. In view of the above, if the petitioner is continuing as ministerial staff, he shall not be disturbed. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
