The case of the petitioners is that in pursuant to the order dated 23.12.2013 in W.P.No.15970 of 2008, the matter was remanded to the Revenue Divisional Officer for conducting enquiry, notice dated 08.10.2015 was issued to the petitioners as well as respondents. But as on today, no enquiry has been conducted. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in pursuant to the notice dated 08.10.2015 as directed by this Court in W.P.No.15970 of 2008 and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
