THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 19179 of 2019 ORDER:

In this writ petition, petitioners are complaining the inaction of the respondents in initiating any enquiry on their application dated 06.08.2019 for conversion of land to an extent of Ac.1.30 guntas in Survey No.80/45 of Kurmalguda Revenue Village, into non-agricultural land.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would point out that the application said to have been submitted by the petitioners is not in order and is not accompanied by requisite fees. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for grant of liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh application complying with all the formalities.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application and on filing such application, the respondent authorities shall consider the same in due course in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
