THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 19186 of 2019 ORDER:
In this writ petition, petitioners' grievance is that the respondent authorities are not mutating their names in the revenue records with respect to the land admeasuring Acs.1.05 guntas, out of Acs.2.08 guntas, in Survey Nos.462 part, 677 part, 668 part, 669/A part, 669 part and 617 part, situated at Basheerabad Village, Kammarapally Mandal, Nizamabad District, as they acquired the same through their mother. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents would point out that as per the procedure prescribed under the Rules in vogue, an application for grant of mutation in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar pass books be made online in Form-VI and that the petitioners did not make any such application as on date.
In those circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioners to file an application in Form-VI, which in turn shall be processed and considered by the authority concerned in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt thereof.
