In view of absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court on 28.04.2016 adjourned the matter.

Subsequently, when the matter was listed on 14.06.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 16.06.2016. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
