This transfer writ petition is filed to direct the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Telangana Region, Hyderabad (3rd respondent) to consider afresh the punishment imposed on the applicant in the light of the judgment in C.C.No.197/2010 on the file of III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad dated 05.07.2011 by passing necessary orders on the letter dated 12.12.2011.

As seen from the docket, there was no representation on 14.06.2017 and to give one opportunity, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the transfer Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
