1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.168 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 416, 420 and 506 of IPC.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition. 3 Permission is accorded.
