This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1. in keeping in abeyance the building permission, dated 14-072003, granted to the petitioners vide Pro.Roc.No.G1/7429/2000-15, dated 30.11.2015, as arbitrary, illegal and beyond the scope of the powers vested in respondent No.1. The petitioner sought for a consequential relief of setting aside the same.

After arguing the case, Mr.Tarun.G.Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh Writ Petition after impleading one Sadanandam, at whose instance the impugned proceeding has been issued. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
