JUDGMENT:

Though the learned counsel for the first appellant and first respondent have filed a Memo stating that the parties have compromised the dispute but it bears the signature of K.Ramunaidu, who is the first appellant, alone. However, the instant second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
