None appeared for the petitioner and the petitioner has sought a direction to absorb him in terms of B.P.Ms.No.36, dated 18.5.1997. 2.

Counsel for the respondents had contended that as per the above said B.P. (P&G Per.) Ms.No.36, dated 18.5.1997 one must put-in five years of service. Admittedly, the petitioner has not put-in five years of service and his case cannot be considered in terms of B.P. (P&G Per.) Ms.No.36, dated 18.5.1997.

In view of the above submission, this court is of the considered view that no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
