Petitioner challenges the order of cancellation of authorization of fair price shop dealership of petitioner.

Admittedly, the order impugned in the writ petition is an appealable order. Though a few grounds are sought to be canvassed for invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court, the Court is of the view that even the grounds now canvassed can be made integral part of the appeal and challenge the order of cancellation. The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
