Heard.

2. Petitioners' request for inclusion in the voter's list was rejected by the person-in-charge vide his orders dated 27.01.2015. Though petitioners have approached this court seeking inclusion, they have an efficacious alternative remedy of approaching the Election Officer, respondent No.3, who is required to satisfy himself that the list of voters conforms to the criteria of eligibility as laid down in the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act and the Rules and the Election Officer has power to seek rectification of the voter's list in terms of rule 22(vi) of the Rules framed under the Act. Hence, if the petitioners feel aggrieved by the order passed by the person in charge, it is open for them to approach respondent No.3 by making an appropriate application to enable respondent No.3 to

examine the same and pass appropriate orders. With the liberty aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
