HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.1900 of 2016 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.3 (Station House Officer, Edurulanka Police Station, I.Polavaram Mandal, East Godavari District), in investigating and filing charge sheet in Crime No.136 of 2015 on the file of I.Polavaram Police Station, is questioned in the Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed referring the case as 'false'; and, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
