HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13100 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the public auction notification dated 26.06.2009 issued by the 4th respondent proposing to hold public auction on 06.07.2009 for grant of leasehold rights in respect of the lands situated in R.S.Nos.105/2, 105/2B, 106/1 and 106/2 of Butchiah Bandh, Rajugari Thota, Narsapuram Mandal, West Godavari District.

Heard learned Government Pleader for Endowments and Smt.K.Lalitha for respondent No.2.

At the time of admission on 11.08.2009, it is recorded that the respondents have already taken possession on 01.05.2009. In view of the above and by afflux of time the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
