Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical matter this Court passed an order in W.P.No.21897/2014 on 13.04.2016 dismissing the writ petition and in view of the same, the present writ petition also should be dismissed, and learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the same. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for the reasons stated in W.P. No.21897/2014, arising out of the identical issue. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
