On the ground that the Village Revenue Officer visited the site of the petitioner alleging that the site is a Government land, the petitioner made an application before respondent No.3 on 11.07.2019 requesting to conduct survey with respect to Plot No.1, East Part, admeasuring 75 Square Yards, in Survey No.104 and 105 of Amangal, Hayathnagar Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to confirm whether his plot forms part of the Government land. However, no action is taken by the authorities till date. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Admittedly, as the petitioner has not made application in the prescribed form, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent by making application in the prescribed form, whereupon the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and take necessary steps in the matter. Further, this issue is squarely covered by the Common Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28.04.2016 and, therefore, a copy of the said Common Order be annexed to this order. Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
