This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to allow the petitioner to draw her pension to which she is legitimately entitled. 2.

Heard Sri S. Ravindranath, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rama Rao Gantannagari, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that her husband worked as Assistant Grade in the Depot in the Food Corporation of India, Hyderabad, and he expired while in service on 29.7.1998 and thereafter, the 1st respondent granted pensionary benefits to the petitioner, and as per the pension payment order, which is at page No.10, dated 29.11.1999 the petitioner has to get family pension at the rate of Rs.2,968/- from 30.7.1998 on 29.7.2005 and at the rate of Rs.1,781/- from 30.7.2005 till her death/remarriage. But the respondents are not disbursing her pension properly. 4.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the pension payment order quantified the pension of the petitioner, the respondents are not disbursing the pension as per the said order, in spite of legal notice got issued by her on 6th June, 2001. The

petitioner filed extract of her bank account to demonstrate that she is being paid pension less than what has been fixed by the pension payment order and she is not being allowed to draw her pension. 5.

This Court having considered the submissions made by the parties is of the view that ends of justice would be met if this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within four weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
