No. 25478 of 2008 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 20.11.2008 in W.P.M.P.No. 33303 of 2008 passed by this Court, the issue raised in this writ petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
