Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and a letter dated 03.08.2017 is filed to that effect before the Registry.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order dated 02.03.2015 stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
