In spite of posting the matter to this day from 5.10.2017 as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on that day, even today there is no representation for the petitioners, which clearly shows that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the interim stay granted on 25.4.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.3711 of 2011 is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
