THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO. 23619 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering civil disputes and harassing the petitioner and his family members at the behest of the 3rd respondent and without registering any criminal cases against the petitioner and his family members is illegal, unjust, highhanded and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the 2nd respondent by considering the representation dated 5.8.2013 of the petitioners." 3.

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader placed before this Court, the written instructions received from the Sub Inspector of Police, I Town Police Station, Gunthakal, Anantapur district.

A perusal of the written instructions reveals that on the basis of the complaint lodged on 19.7.2013 by respondent No.3, respondent No.2 enquired into the same. On enquiry, it

was revealed that the matter is purely civil in nature and hence, advised respondent No.3 to approach the competent Court for redressal. Except the same, they have not interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.3. 5.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
