The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to his submitting Online application form on 25.05.2019 for the purpose of conducting survey of his property covered under Survey Nos.561 and 562 at Eliminedu village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the respondent authorities issued Notice dated 19.07.2019, proposing to conduct survey on 28.08.2019, however, for the reasons best known to them, no survey was conducted.

Having regard to the material on record, and considering that the petitioner had made an application for survey against which the 5th respondent issued a Notice dated 19.07.2019 proposing to conduct survey on 28.08.2019, if the survey was not conducted on 28.08.2019 as alleged by the petitioner, the same shall be completed on or before 30.10.2019, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned. It is made clear that if survey is not conducted by the said date, the respondent authorities will be held liable for necessary action; however, if the survey could not be conducted for valid reasons, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing.
