THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10327 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"to issue writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to consider and dispose off the Petitioner's representation dated 24-8-2015 by extending the benefits such as fixing of seniority and pay other consequential benefits etc etc and consequently declare the inaction of the Respondent in disposing off the Petitioner's representation dated 248-2015 as bad in law and violative of principles of natural justice., in the interest of Justice."
Heard Smt.N.V.R. Rajya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vinayak Swamy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 2408-2015 to the respondent herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 24-08-2015, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel for respondent and submitted that the said representation would be considered, in accordance with law.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed
of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 24-08-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
