The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.2 of 2Ol2 on the file of the learned III Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad (for short, "the trial Court"). 2.
No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Ms. Ananthi, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-C BI.

Learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive as the C. C. No. O2 of 20 12 has already been disposed of by the trial Court vide judgment dated 07.ll.2016 and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous 4.
Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
