HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.3287 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the dismissal of an application for restoration of an application that was dismissed for non-compliance, the judgment debtors have come up with the above revision.

2. Heard Mrs. K. Tulasi Durgamba, learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

3. Admittedly the petitioners did not pay costs as awarded by the Court below and there was also no representation for the petitioners on the appointed day. Therefore, the Court below had done what was the only alternative available to the Court. I find no reasons to interfere with the said order.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
