THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.11916 OF 2014 ORDER:

On the ground that there is an inter se dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.3, O.S.No.516 of 2012 is pending in the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal. Petitioner claims to have filed representations before the Commissioner to stop illegal construction made by respondent No.3. 2.

According to learned standing counsel for respondent - Municipal Corporation, respondent No.3 was granted building permission and accordance with the permission granted to her, building was already constructed.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed, at this stage.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
